For hygiene reasons, some products are non-returnable.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the below sections and we will happily process a refund.
When returning items to us, please place your returning goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Please explain briefly on your packing slip the reason for return and enclose this slip in your return package.
If you receive a faulty/damaged item and would like a refund, please state the fault on your packing slip. When the item arrives back to us we will notify you of any refund you are entitled via email.
Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, damaged or mis-sent
